The New Normal

 Things have changed for us all recently, and our absolute priority in both of our Cotswold Tailor boutiques, is to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. As such you will notice we have made a few tweaks to the store. Our award winning customer service will still be as good as ever, we just ask you follow our new instore guidelines.

Our boutique will be thoroughly deep cleaned prior to your arrival, all touch points will be disinfected, and all our garments have been steamed.

Hand Sanitiser – As you enter our stores there will now be a hands free santiser station, we ask that everyone entering the store first applies hand sanitiser.

Temperature Check – For all bespoke, and wedding hire fittings we will check your temperature on arrival at the studio. This is not intrusive and takes a matter of seconds. We will ensure all staff temperatures are also taken before every shift.

We will be wearing face masks and gloves whilst conducting the fitting, and we ask that you wear a face mask also. We are happy to provide a mask if you don’t have your own.

The shop will be shut during the duration of your fitting, so you will have exclusive use of the space, without the worry of the public coming in and out to browse.

We have an one page summary setting out our protocols for you to agree and accept prior to the fitting.
